Regarding the Electoral College, it is broker in two ways: It
apportions electoral votes unfairly & it doesn't force electors to
vote in accordance with the popular vote in their state. That would be
fine if not voting in accordance with the popular vote were limited to
one case: When the electors decide the the popular vote winner is
incapable of being President OR if "he" will be in violation of the
Constitution (BOTH are likely to be the case with Donald Trump).
