You may have noticed that you have hair only in areas of your body wave hair that generate the most body heat. Don't take this the wrong way, don't start applying heat to hair in the hope that your hair will begin to grow. Hair is just one of the bodies many protective features that are supposed to protect it from heat. That is why it's so important you make sure you have a diet that has the proper nutrients to promote proper hair growth. Eating a lot of foods high in protein will definitely help your brazilian hair grow. Food like fish, peanut butter, and eggs are all excellent sources of protein that give your body all it needs to produce these dead cells that make your hair grow. If you don't enjoy any of the foods mentioned then all you have to do is go to a health food store and buy a protein supplement.
